Titan's Revenge is an exceptional unique Ceremonial Javelin found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Titan's Revenge is the earliest unique to carry Replenishes Quantity, at required level 42, and the only Amazon javelin that carries it. Javelins are consumed when thrown, and a Lightning Fury Amazon throws constantly, so a stack that does not refill eventually runs dry and forces a trip back to town. Titan's refills itself instead. The Increased Stack Size widens the buffer it draws down from, taking a full Ceremonial Javelin from 120 to 180.

Both skill bonuses land on the same place. +2 to Amazon Skill Levels and +2 to Javelin and Spear Skills stack into +4 on Lightning Fury and Charged Strike, the two skills a javelin Amazon actually casts. The +20 to Strength and +20 to Dexterity free stat points for elsewhere, though neither counts toward the javelin's own 109 Dexterity requirement.

Thunderstroke is the other unique Amazon javelin and out-damages it at level 69, adding -15% to Enemy Lightning Resistance, but it carries no Replenishes Quantity and drains as it is thrown. That single line is why Titan's stays equipped long after it has been out-scaled. The 30% Faster Run/Walk is close to free on top, and only three unique weapons in the game carry the mod at all, with this the largest roll of the three.
